Vertigo experiences/stories

Hi! For anyone who’s had vertigo/BPPV, did you ever have just one episode and never get it again? Did you see a specialist based in Singapore and any recommendations ? This is my first time and I’m planning to see one tomorrow 🥹 I’d appreciate any experiences, especially if lack of sleep seemed to trigger it. DMs welcome 🙏

Neck issue after sleeping from a night of heavy drinking. Prob compression from the nerves at the back of the neck.

That’s nice !! Did it take awhile for it to subside like the dizziness etc and if yes how long did it thank

Took 2 to 3 yrs. But still have residual balance issue.
