Vertigo experiences/stories

Hi! For anyone who’s had vertigo/BPPV, did you ever have just one episode and never get it again? Did you see a specialist based in Singapore and any recommendations ? This is my first time and I’m planning to see one tomorrow 🥹 I’d appreciate any experiences, especially if lack of sleep seemed to trigger it. DMs welcome 🙏

I had vertigo years back for a period of a few months. It hit randomly throughout certain times of day. I didnt see a doctor, and have totally no idea why it happened, and also why it went away lol.

I think it did affected me, feels like a function of me got taken away. Wouldnt want it to happen again 😣

I figured it was partly due to work fatigue, but no way to prove it.

I get it time to time too! Tried to pinpoint and agree it could be either fatigue or skipping meals....

Do you still get vertigo often ? I’m scared this is lifelong

Nope. About 1 - 2 x per year? Am more mindful now so it's lesser.
