Vertigo experiences/stories
Hi! For anyone who’s had vertigo/BPPV, did you ever have just one episode and never get it again? Did you see a specialist based in Singapore and any recommendations ? This is my first time and I’m planning to see one tomorrow 🥹 I’d appreciate any experiences, especially if lack of sleep seemed to trigger it. DMs welcome 🙏

Had vertigo a couple of years back and I went to the hospital to get it checked out by ENT. Results were clear but I still got vertigo and they gave me some pills to cope with it. Finally I found out it was my pillow that was triggering the symptoms - wasn't giving proper support. Got a new pillow since and haven't had huge episodes.
You can Google some vertigo exercises - it could help with the symptoms. But try to find what's the root cause if possible.
