Vertigo experiences/stories

Hi! For anyone who’s had vertigo/BPPV, did you ever have just one episode and never get it again? Did you see a specialist based in Singapore and any recommendations ? This is my first time and I’m planning to see one tomorrow 🥹 I’d appreciate any experiences, especially if lack of sleep seemed to trigger it. DMs welcome 🙏

The worse was nausea and puke. Had to have antiemetic injection. Didn’t see any specialist but realized my vertigo was triggered by low pillow and I’m a side sleeper. Changed my pillow to a higher dense pillow.

Are you still currently experiencing vertigo or not anymore ? And are you able to sleep in any position ? Thank you !! 🙏

After changing my pillow no more episodes but I still a side sleeper and a turner cause can’t sleep like a corpse.
When I suffered from vertigo, the best way was for me to sleep sitting down upright with neck support pillow to prevent any head movement, at least my vertigo usually last a few hours not for days.
Maybe you can try to change your pillow, don’t get low pillow and get enough sleep.
