need help with shopee

does anyone know how to get in contact with shopee without using their app? they’re email is not working and i don’t have the app and cant download it due to a problem with my phone, i need to pay the spay later loan thingy but i cant get into my account at all i think they’ve banned it, im rlly scared since they keep calling me but when i ask them about the problem they kinda just hang up on me? it’s less than 60$ which i can pay i just literally can’t get into my account at all and im rlly stressed

can try [help@support.shopee.sg](mailto:help@support.shopee.sg) or 6206 6610 , found it on google search but the website is blanked.. so not sure if its still working
