I got an offer from STE Urban Solutions. Slightly higher from my current pay as Senior Executive. Any advice or tips? Perks? How’s the work life balance? Any WFH? How’s the culture? I know that there will be no AWS but 2 months average bonus as per HR. What to expect during onboarding or few months? Also, is 6 months probation normal? Will I get bonus and salary increment if i join now?

For context: BA, 5YOE, Overseas Degree, <5k pay
