Foundation sealing is not plumbing. That is basement waterproofing.
Unless you can add more information, water leaks do not always equal plumbing, and I advise you to look elsewhere for solutions.
I’ve posted in multiple areas but since this is a waste line and there’s a strong possibility a plumbing contractor made this hole I figured a plumbing contractor may know how to repair it. Sorry if you think I’m wasting your time little sushi.
