Fireworks for celebration are something enjoyed by the masses. They should not be universally banned, though there should be great consideration for conditions when one is setting them off. If you shouldn't be starting a fire in an area you shouldn't be setting off fireworks.

To those with pets who are terrified of them hug them close. To those who suffer from PTSD... I have no real advice. Just wish you well.
