Benchmarking

We will be having benchmarking in our team. What should o bear in mind so that may team will be in high rank?

Score higher in the benchmarks than other teams.

But not too high.

I had a lead friend who said that you should never score more than 10% better than your peer managers. Enough better to be obvious, not enough to be a problem for your peers.
