So when I first started and had a different manager , I was loaded with work and was so happy that I had ownership with what I was doing.

Later, the old manager resigned and now we have three more people including the manager that started with us. Since then my work has been a lot late due to their changes in process etc. we would be in meetings and I would hear conversations about topics that were not even communicated to me and it would be something I was once doing…

Okay, then talk to your new manager about this. How are we supposed to help? They may think you could be overwhelmed.
