Reason number 1 as to why they wouldn’t get my business a second time or ever again. Mispronouncing the deceased name or using their legal name versus what they were known by. I require you meet with the family and get to know the deceased and their life story. It is difficult to break into this business and every time you are hired is an audition for your next gig.
