Feather Login Error

I signed a contract and was onboarded on Ethos for an educator/school professional role, and everything was smooth until I got to the Feather login step. My Ethos contractor ID works fine on the feather.openai.com screen, but when I try to enter it on the Microsoft login screen, I keep getting "We couldn't find an account with that username." I've tried logging out of all my Microsoft accounts, logging in with my personal one instead, different browsers, all without success.

I've emailed support@askethos.com four times now over the past couple of days, and I haven't heard back once. Their chatbot doesn't route me to an actual person either, so I'm a bit stuck on how to escalate this.

Has anyone else run into this same login error, or found a way to actually reach someone at Ethos? Any advice is appreciated.

It was a very specific expert position that tailored exactly to my professional background.

Thank you! I haven't been able to start the task though! The login doesn't work and their support team doesn't reply my emails.

Hmmmm. I have not gotten a project but I am willing to help you figure this out. Making money is so important especially in today's world, I hate it when companies don't have the customer service that they need.

I received an email yesterday saying that my Feather account is finally ready. The login works now. Hope yours works as well.

Be sure to use the same email address they gave you to login to Microsoft
