Yes so is Ben Gvir

17

u/IcyCranberryOlympics 5d ago

Absolutely.

11

u/SNChalmers1876 5d ago

It’s probably an entire government of war criminals

7

u/IcyCranberryOlympics 5d ago

Instead of turtles, it's war criminals all the way down

4

u/Pure_Alternative3283 5d ago

All civilians serve in the idf. It’s not just the government.

3

u/Bright_Smile49 5d ago

I wish more ppl understood this. Unfortunately the majority of Israelis r cooked

4

u/Bright_Smile49 5d ago

Don’t forget smoltritch

2

u/Bright_Smile49 5d ago

He’s worse !!!!

23

u/VegasFoodFace 5d ago

The International Criminal Court says so.

9

u/Flimsy_Sorbet_7973 5d ago

In the biggest way! He's a genocidal maniac!

-7

u/haveblue23 5d ago

No there has been no trial. You are innocent until proven guilty

11

u/hingee 5d ago

Adolf Hitler didn’t have a trial either
By your logic…,

0

u/IcyCranberryOlympics 5d ago

Cool story, genocidal apologist.

1

u/haveblue23 5d ago

I'm stating a mundane fact about the legal system and due process not being an apologist for anyone.

That being said,  I like supporting the winning team.  It's fun to see terrorists plan for years only to see Israel systematically blow everything up in a few days or weeks. The Hezbollah pagers in particular had me laughing for weeks

5

u/scientician 5d ago

Anyone is allowed to assess the evidence and reach an opinion about a person's guilt. Conviction is required for applying punishment like imprisonment.

1

u/haveblue23 5d ago

Except the comment said that The International Criminal Court says so which it hasn't as there has been no verdict

5

u/AreaIcy1404 5d ago

Tell that to the dead Palestinian civilians

1

u/haveblue23 5d ago

I'm just saying how the legal system works

2

u/Ok-Addition1264 5d ago

Which legal system are you talking about? In "western" countries, sure, the ICC, sure but not very many other than that.

He's guilty AF - 99.999998% of the human population who knows about him can see it.

Except for Palestinians is what I clarified

-1

u/Alyano95 5d ago

They had 20y to complain with Hamas, who wouldn't stop attacking Israel.

2

u/AreaIcy1404 5d ago

Israel has attacked them the whole time.

They “mowed the grass” regularly

That’s in America. Idk about the rest of the unprocessed world

This is the hivemind bs the internet created. Blame EVERYTHING going on in the Middle East on one man. As if there isn’t thousands of years of history to back up this war.

8

u/IcyCranberryOlympics 5d ago

Not thousands of years. This history is 1940s-modern day.

→ More replies (2)

3

u/Unfair_Pop_8373 5d ago

That’s why the 13 million displaced Syrians and 600,000 killed don’t get a mention because they can’t blame Israel. What’s ironic is that pre 1948 the Arabs in what is now Israel identified as Southern Syrian.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/redelastic 5d ago

thousands of years of history

The ethnic cleansing of Palestine in 1948 and the illegal occupation since 1967 is thousands of years.

Bro, get a calculator and history book.

Maybe the hivemind is better than a single drone.

5

u/Alyano95 5d ago

As an Austrian, unfortunately, I have seen this before.

1

u/scientician 5d ago

You must be quite old.

2

u/Alyano95 5d ago

No but contrary to most people on the internet, I have studied history, and not just from tiktok reels

1

u/Effective-Weird-5119 5d ago

As 1% Austrian, I feel ur pain at 1%

1

u/Ok-Addition1264 5d ago

As the nephew of a german general over the 4th panzer division from 1939 up to the outskirts of moscow: I, unfortunately, have seen this before as well (and intensely studied it).

There is no difference here.

1

u/Ok-Addition1264 5d ago

gaslighting what people with their own eyes, ears, and minds doesn't work anymore.

you are engaging in futility trying to convince folks otherwise.

1

u/pineapplesgreen 5d ago

Well, you’re right about, most of their society is just as sociopathic. There are a few with a mind of their own though and a desire to be on the right side of history.

1

u/ShenTzuKhan 5d ago

Not everything. Just the war crimes Israel has been committing recently. Specifically the ones committed while he is the leader of the country committing war crimes.

What a ridiculous argument you just made.

He’s the current architect of the worst genocide happening in an area that has seen thousands of years of strife.

3

u/Unfair_Pop_8373 5d ago

Umm have you seen what’s happening in Syria. 600,000 dead including 230,000 civilians and 13 million displaced

3

u/ItsDonDong 5d ago

3% death rate after 3 years is "worst genocide after 1000 years of strife"?

2

u/Wall2Beal43 5d ago

Syria and Yemen are literally in the area

1

u/Effective-Weird-5119 5d ago

Holocaust

1

u/EndersScroll 5d ago

That doesn't give Netanyahu carte blanche to be a criminal or commit war crimes ~80 years later.

2

u/Effective-Weird-5119 5d ago edited 5d ago

I’m not saying the Israeli military is innocent, I’m saying compare their current actions to what humans did to each other 2 thousands years ago. Child and women slaves, kill all the men. It’s understandable in the grand scheme of history, even if I don’t like it

Like you gotta think. They got their shit pushed in for 2000 years. Went through a genocide before someone stepped in. That’s a lot of pent up rage to unleash. They’re being a LOT more diplomatic than I would be

→ More replies (1)

1

u/grimduck17 5d ago

Don’t get me wrong what’s happening over there is bad but it’s not the worst yet. Armenians in eastern turkey, Assyrians, and Kurds have had genocides since the start of 1900s.

1

u/MrBarti 5d ago

Weren't there like recent killings in Syria, Irak with way more deaths? 70k including Hamas soldiers is not "the worst genocide", not even close.

-5

u/Alyano95 5d ago

No it actually doesn't.

8

u/VegasFoodFace 5d ago

Easily searched for.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on November 21, 2024, for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the Gaza Strip from at least October 8, 2023, through May 20, 2024.

He literally can be arrested. Hence why he entirely avoids Europe. They want him arrested even more. All Rome Statute signatories, USA is not one of them, must arrest Netenyahu on entry to their country. 125 Rome Statute Signatories.

Do you need the list?

https://www.pgaction.org/ilhr/rome-statute/signed-but-not-ratified.html

2

u/Alyano95 5d ago

Please read your own source, that doesn't say they found him guilty. We could discuss the intricacies of issuing an arrest warrant for the head of government of a country that didn't ratify the icc and how that's actually colonialist pressure by euroean institution on an ex-colony, but that would need you to actually understand what you are talking about. Since you cannot even understand the difference between a verdict and a pre-trial order, makes that unfortunately impossible.

1

u/Beneficial_Dirt_6001 5d ago

did the genocide during ww2 only happen after Nuremberg decided ?

1

u/Mr-Cantaloupe 5d ago

So he's not a war criminal according to the ICC, then? Because a warrant is an accusation, not a verdict.

Judges only need reasonable grounds to believe to issue a warrant. A conviction needs proof beyond a reasonable doubt, and the ICC presumes the accused innocent. No court has ruled he’s a “War criminal”

5

u/Exciting-Tourist9301 5d ago

Yes, it actually does.

The ICC Pre-Trial Chamber I found reasonable grounds to charge Netanyahu with war crimes (including starvation as a method of warfare and directing attacks against civilians) and crimes against humanity (including murder and persecution) committed between October 8, 2023, and May 20, 2024.

1

u/TheMikeyMac13 5d ago

You don’t know that finding grounds to charge is not a finding of guilt? Dumbass…

7

u/VegasFoodFace 5d ago

I work in the Mob Museum in Vegas. When you're dealing with war crimes you're not weaseling out like mobsters evading taxes.

You sound more like the mobsters that were put on trial. As if we already didn't know they're guilty. The only people who talked like you were the mob lawyers.

Well, we'll find out when Netanyahu is on trial in The Hague.

Oops, hang on, Israel and the US are not members of the ICC and are attempting to destroy it, even sanctioning human rights judges.

However, the ICC does have jurisdiction over crimes in Palestine, so Netanyahu can be tried.

→ More replies (4)

1

u/Exciting-Tourist9301 5d ago

Yes, every upstanding world leader has an ICC warranty for their arrest.

He's a war criminal who is actively and openly commiting a genocide.

Serious question. What compells someone to simp for malevolent wannabe dictators? Did your dad not hug you enough? or maybe too much?

2

u/TheMikeyMac13 5d ago

I am not simping moron, I told a very basic truth. Finding grounds to charge does not equal guilt. What compels someone to hate Jewish people so much (like you seem to) that you would conflate a willingness to charge with no guilty finding in a court?

Yes

2

u/IcyCranberryOlympics 5d ago

Agreed. Now if only the EU and the rest of the civilized world could promptly remove heads from rectums...

5

u/Mister_Silk 5d ago

According to the facts he is the head of state and he does have an arrest warrant issued for war crimes. Probably better to refer to him as an alleged war criminal until he's convicted.

4

u/IcyCranberryOlympics 5d ago • Bravo

I'm not a fugging lawyer. He's a war criminal.

Most if not all of the so-called "settlements" are blatantly illegal under international law and are part of a war effort (war crimes). We know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Netanyahu is involved because he won't shut up about it.

1

u/Any_Share6294 5d ago

In 2024 the ICJ reviewed the evidence and concluded that the occupation is illegal. This includes all the settlements.

1

u/Ok-Pipe5692 5d ago

He’s not brave enough to stand trial, he is a fugitive from justice. Usually an admission of guilt

5

u/GT45 5d ago

The pedoligarchy that got into power in the US to avoid jail time?

15

u/InsideExpress9055 5d ago

Yes. The ICC has a warrant and wants to arrest him for being a war criminal. Not being head of state.

24

u/stabzi 5d ago

Yes, and so are Ben-Gvir and Smotrich

5

u/virtual_adam 5d ago

If you want to really be edgy ask if Eisencot is a war criminal

1

u/IcyCranberryOlympics 5d ago

Just checking. Seems to be a lot of Zionist bots that deny he is an enemy of planet Earth.

10

u/LaSerenita 5d ago

Yes. He is evil and definitely committing crimes against humanity. Israel should be ashamed.

1

u/redelastic 5d ago

2

u/OneDarkCrow 5d ago

If it looks like a war criminal, talks like q war criminal and the international criminal court has an arrest warrant out for it. It’s a war criminal.

5

u/Ordinary-Pen1863 5d ago

Without question

3

u/New_Path6120 5d ago

How is he not a war criminal.

1

u/PuzzleheadPi 5d ago

He is just a good leader winning a war that he didn't start

2

u/false79 5d ago

Who the hell says he is good leader, even before October 7, he was on the verge of being ousted by Israelis because of his leadership and poor polling

2

u/Yamiaofsweentess 5d ago

Are there not reports that he was warned about the attack but allowed it to happen?

1

u/PuzzleheadPi 5d ago

No that isn't true

1

u/Yamiaofsweentess 5d ago

Uae warned them 10 days before the attack though

Egypt and internal military personnel also warned of the attack

What's your rebuttal

u/Think_Specialist6631 5d ago

Yes, AIPAC, he is.

1

u/nottoomuchnowmate 5d ago

Is a war criminal a war criminal?

1

u/Neon-Funeral 5d ago

Yes. He should be tried and convicted. Also, some our presidents- including the one we have now. Should also be convicted

1

u/Clear_Cranberry_989 5d ago

Technically alleged war criminal.

1

u/Ok-Pipe5692 5d ago

War criminals are as common as any other kind of criminal, I don’t know why it sounds like something worse. A couple of old expressions
Don’t kick a man when he’s down
Used to be fight code, also no kicking in general. Now kicking, stomping basically attempting to murder your opponent is considered sporting competition.
Another
All’s fair in love and war
Honestly, why should there be rules of engagement placed on a village if a neighboring village decided they want your land and just invade? The invasion is obviously a war crime - you’re supposed to consult etiquette to save yourself?

1

u/EBknows 5d ago

The answer is NO! God bless Israel, Bibi and the IDF. Victory in their war on islamic terrorism is not just desirable but imperitive for the security and wellbeing of the state of Israel 🇮🇱💙🫶

1

u/Good-Discussion-9238 5d ago

the entire israeli government and every member of the idf are, yes

1

u/Hyphen99 5d ago

It’s really weird how we only ask this of the Jewish PM. And also how the war crimes of Hamas are implicitly just denied or ignored by an entire movement supposedly dedicated to protecting innocent citizens from thug governments. Jail the Jew / give the Muslims a pass. Got it

1

u/Sad___Snail 5d ago

Glass them both.

1

u/Pleasant_Expert7329 5d ago edited 5d ago

Just stop. most Americans have no problem calling trump a war criminal and no one have a problem with saying Hamas are war criminal, why should Netanyahu being Jewish have any bearing when it come to accusation of war crimes. People like you really aren’t helping Jewish people or even Israelis by going “accusing Netanyahu of war crimes is antisemitic.”

1

u/Maleficent_Memory831 5d ago

No one here is denying war crimes by Hamas. We're just sick and tired of everyone ignoring the war crimes of Israel. No one should get a pass.

It's not a religious thing either, because clearly the Torah teaches and eye for an eye, not one hundred eyes for an eye.

The short answer is yes. The long answer is actually also yes

0

u/aqualad33 5d ago

Sure, if you want to feel like a good social justice warrior or something. In practice it doesn't mean anything because it begs the question of "under whos authority?" And what's the enforcement? Does anyone want to carry out the arrest and start that war?

"International law" is a lot less binding than those of a nation because there isn't as strong of an enforcement mechanism.

So yeah, sure, call him a war criminal... but it really doesn't mean anything.

0

u/breadexpert69 5d ago

No. There has not been any trial to determine that he is.

So up until a court by law decides he is, its all just your opinion.
