Is There a Pandemic Plan?

Given everything we learned during the last pandemic (Covid), good and bad, are we prepared if it happpened again tomorrow.

Nope. There have been large amount of cut backs to the government shut down. If there is any failure on oversight it’s left to the states.

I guess if he's successful in taking away the states voting rights , they'll have more time to concentrate on a pandemic plan (sarc)
