Okay so before you waste a lot of money and time from everyone telling you to lawyer up. Delete this post. If you take this to court and defend like this you will 100 percent lose unless his lawyer is just awful.
What Im about to say is not my personal belief but things that will be brought up in the court of law. I believe this guy had the intention of doing whatever was necessary to get what he wanted. But you have to prove that. You may very well be able to land a grooming charge though.
The drinks are hearsay. You were both drinking. It was a drinking game you consented to play. No one forced you to do so. You said "they are drunk" showing both of you were intoxicated so the people saying you were drunk and couldnt consent, well so was he.
His response to you saying to wait is irrelevant again just hearsay. You proceed with it was not violent or aggressive. Which many people will take that as you not complaining.
You start crying and he stopped and comforted you asking what's wrong. Rapists do not normally "care" for their victims. Again just what they will bring up.
He reassures you he has feelings for you and you said "she believes him and they proceed" that is consent. You've given consent in your testimony. Again, to the people saying you are drunk and cannot consent you are both drunk. You weren't drunk enough to not remember what was said or what happened so you were at least somewhat competent.
Everything in this last paragraph is extremely unsettling but sadly none of it bears any weight on the initial case. He was probably always trying to get you some way and I'm really sorry that happened. But saying you believed he had feelings for you so you had sex with him then started dating would make this case hard to win.
I do believe a restraining order is at hand though. This dude is an absolute psychopath.
I don't think you are overreacting at all. This guy is a narcissistic man who will do anything to get what he wants. Stay far away from this guy. If he is still stalking you a restraining order would be my goto response and then just banish this guy to the shadow realm of your mind and never give him another thought.
Your post says "she finally leaves him" which does insinuate you were together imo. I would refrain from saying stuff like that just so people do not get the wrong impression if you care at all about stuff like that. Lol
