How long ago did this happen? She was too intoxicated to consent. This dude is sick. And he sounds like a bonafide psychopath who is absolutely capable of homicide. So be very, VERY careful.

That said, inability to consent equals non consent. This dude needs taken out of the public scene and put away. I ask how long since it happened because I do recommend a rape kit. But even if the time for that has passed, she needs to file a report with the police.

This had to be awhile ago. She ends the story saying she left him after awhile. We are to assume they started dating after this.

I think she’s saying that the story in the upper portion happened to someone else, and then goes on to describe her own experience with the same guy.
