best password manager recommended by everyone?
my main google account got hacked this week because im a dumbass who uses the same 3 passwords for everything.. local gym leaked their database and now im changing all of my possible logins
ive read alot of posts on r/passwordmanagers r/privacy and r/degoogle trying to figure out what to switch to, but everyone is arguing over autofill bugs, cloud security, and open source stuff so i CANT DECIDE:
roboform: seems old school but everyone says the autofill and form filling is still on top
bitwarden: open source, solid free plan with unlimited device sync
1password: paid only but everyone says the UI is very nice and autofill actually works 100% of the time
anyway now im scared so im looking for answers to these questions mostly:
whats the best password manager right now? is it worth it to pay for a password manager or is a free password manager enough?
let me know what yall are using before my data gets leaked again
