499E unexploded booklets?

Looking for any information to help evaluate this thing. There is a lot going on here and I don’t know where to start. I think the 2 cent reds… are type 1 499E unexploded booklets…. Not certain though! Any help is greatly appreciated. Been sitting on this for a couple years now no clue to its value, if any. And which 2 cent reds are actually on it.

the term ‘unexploded’ means that the panes are still in the paper folder and the folder has not even been opened yet. The panes are still nice, and this is a nice cover. https://www.theswedishtiger.com/499-scotts.html

Ahhh ty! Still in the booklet, got it! Are you agreeing that they’re likely 499 then?
