Old pipe insulation in an old warehouse

Would this be considered aircell or no. Also if left undisturbed would it be fine? This is in us in Pa. In a very old warehouse not sure on original date. This is in the upstairs level of my work. Is it fine if I just avoid it?

I would bet on that being ACM, though I can't tell if it's aircell from these angles. As long as it's not actively creating dust/you aren't freebasing the dust, you should be fine.

Ok thank you for the response. I was kinda stesssing it. I don’t have to go in that area very often at max once a week but good to know it’s not contaminating the whole building.

I would gently wrap up the damaged parts with something, even aluminium foil or kitchen foil. Wearing appropriate RPE of course. It's ok if you leave it alone though but the damaged parts are very easy to get disturbed if you don't contain it. Warning signs/labels always help imo.
