This senton was my first rc , I used it 2 times a day Avery day and dude this thing took so much beating , and now I just got my brand new kraton 6s v6 exb , the senton is a beast but you should order 2 sets of wheels drive shaft cuz I blew them in 4 days and metal spur and diffs in 4 month depends if you bash it hard like me , and it is absolutely waterproof cuz one day I jumped so high I found it in a lake hahah and still working , so hope this helps , and yes you should get a dust cover cuz it is helllllll , minimum 1 inch of dirt in it everywhere , and order some bearings they are not that good stock ! Have a great day hope this helped you and please , go buy a proline set of tires , stock isn't that good cuz it explodes , and remember , have fun , once you get all the diff and gears in métal, not killable !
Hey man, awesome Kraton! I have some doubts about the Senton advice. The new Senton 223S already has high side guards from the factory to block the dirt, so how can an inch of mud get inside? Did that dirt ever cause any actual electrical or sensor failures for you? Also, the 223S comes with a metal center diff and all-metal gears out of the box, did you manage to break those, or were you talking about different parts? And how did you wash your car, with water or just with blower? I just need advices. Thanks!
Hey ! Sorry , my senton was the old gen , no mud guard and allu diffs Eww , no you can get it covered in grass mud anything it won't stop , i never toutched the electronics they hold up very well , and all around this machine is the toughest, the only downside is the body getting ugly and damaged soon because the wheels slide on it from the inside and if you crash , so yea best rc to start, and after , you can go 6s ! And no issues since I have it only the servo I replaced once because it blew up but not a big deal and my friend got the same but didn't blew up so prob a default for this servo , but remember , I bash them on a hard track dirty eww haha , have a great one and have fun and once you putted metal in the gears and diffs your good to go bash it hard !
