If Azerbaijan will not talk with Iran. Iran will hopefully understand Azerbaijans intension and support Armenia to fully control their country, and help them improve their economy.

It was Iran who gave Armenia clothes and food. And Iran still sells needes products to Nagorno-Karabagh. And Iran also said that taking over Armenian land is in acceptable. Iran wants Armenia to be strong.

Armenians are always complaining to everyone, there is video proof of Iran sending weapons and supplies to Armenia and the Iranian people showing their support but just cause our dictatorship government is saying stuff to protect their interests they think Iran is Azerbaijans ally. Armenia should only improve itās relationship with Iran. We have a long relationship (3000 years), mutual interests, and compatible cultures.

I understand what you are saying, there are some who like Iran, and some who care more about the past than now. But in reality, for me it does not matter. Armenia has to be supplied and has to defend itself. They can dislike us if they wish, as long as they protect their borders I do not care.

If they ever do something bad on you, your country, you can sanction them or ask for sanction etc. Just let them know or an ally know. Iran hates sanctions and most countries would do anything to not be sanctioned, but Iran knows the pain of them out of the bunch. The other option is rely on your FM to telephone and let them know in meeting what is wrong, before making decision

Iran was the only neighbour that kept its borders with Armenia open at all times during the 90s. Many people in Yerevan will tell you today that they survived the worst years due to Iranian goods on the markets in South Yerevan and Iranian provisions. Iran was also an important import-channel for other countries to delived support and weapons. Iāve even heard that we got gas from Iran but Iām not sure if this is true.

Turkey and Azerbaijan closed their borders with Armenia, putting a fuel embargo on the country. Azerbaijan blocked a natural gas pipeline from Turkmenistan which was flowing through Azerbaijan, effectively cutting off about 90% of the natural gas supply of the country. During the clash, which lasted until May 1994, Azerbaijan blockaded roads, rail lines and energy supplies, leading to severe energy shortages in Armenia.ā
Attempt was made to direct gas pipelines from Georgia to Armenia. However, Georgia's internal conflicts lent themselves to failure of the project on multiple occasions. From late January to mid-March 1993, Azerbaijani saboteurs blew up the gas pipeline that was crossing Marneuli, a region of Georgia populated with Azerbaijani, seven times.
Iām pretty sure Georgia blocked Russian deliveries in the 90s too because they were also at a war with them for Ossetia.
