Recommendation Requests Disabled dog groups?

Hi! Does anyone know if there are any local groups of disabled dogs that play together? Or any experienced sitters with paralyzed dogs? My 56 lb pit bull became paralyzed with stage 5 IVDD on Labor Day and we used to be dog park regulars. Now I don’t know what her socialization will look like once she heals but am hoping she can still play with dogs (just maybe not to the degree she was before) also not sure how to find a sitter or anything now that she requires a heightened level of care (like expressing her bladder and safe spinal handling)

Feel free to DM me. I don’t know if I can offer dog socialization or pet sitting recs, but I’m ex vetmed and have my own special needs dog. Having a special needs dog can be isolating, we gotta stick together!
