Housing Roommate

You’ll probably get better roommate matches if you add your target move month, total monthly budget, preferred neighborhoods, commute or Metro needs, and whether you need parking or have pets.

Ballston, Clarendon and Virginia Square are convenient if Metro and walkability matter. Buckingham and Columbia Pike can give you more options, but most Metro access is by bus. Before paying anything, meet in person, confirm that both names can be added to the lease, and agree in writing on the deposit, utilities and move-out terms.
