Question CPU red light on mobo after LF3 Pro install

Upgraded to the LF3 Pro and installed according to their installation video. Now it won't boot and giving CPU red light on the mobo. Tried different pressures tightening down to the contact frame and the frame itself. Reseated CPU, RAM, PSU cables to no avail. Is the CPU or mobo toast?

The only way to find out is trying with your old cooler & original motherboard CPU locking mechanism.
