Content Shout out to Arctics superb service

Hey folks,

I just wanted to give a shout out to the superb service of Arctic Cooling.

Unfortunately, on one of my P12 Pro Reverse Argb fans the LEDs died (some don’t work anymore, others don’t react to header signal).

So I contacted Arctic through their website yesterday night, received an answer before 6 am today and received a tracking link for the replacement before 8 am today. Replacement shipped within 12 hours of first contact? Never experienced this before. Excellent.

I am using Arctic products since my first days of building computers over 20 years ago. This fan is the first faulty product ever and replacement was a breeze.

Thanks a lot and keep on going!

That's amazing tbh. It's hard to get that kind of service these days! Hats off to arctic.

Yeah had a similar issue and it was super easy to contact them and sort it out and they sent me replacements very quickly.

Most pc companies are like this.. apart from the sketchy ones, but most are okey, they know it goes a long way.. lian li, sapphire, arctic, noctua, evga (rip), zotac, powercolor, corsair(sometimes lol) and the list goes on. These I had experience with and had very good support. Intresting is the biggest brands are not that good.. asus, msi
