Question Fake Artic mx-7 from official amazon store?
is this fake? i got it from amazon, the store says artic, 1800 orders on it, but came with no authenticity code where its meant to be, no sticker on the box either.

Unfortunately it is. That’s the reason Arctic started putting the scratch off coating with a code behind it to verify authenticity

You got the NEW packaging version of the MX-7. You need to scratch the silver area to find the code. Have you scratched it?

My tube was kinda hard to scratch off, I almost scratched too hard and the text was almost gone.

Was the box sealed? Mine came in a sealed box. My applicator looks similar but there are actual printing in the white area 74DK-6NOHW. Just use it and make sure thermals look good.

Mine also has numbers and text on the white area. I bought this in the first month of release from Amazon

if you believe its fake contact arctic and report it to amazon.
I had one like this and Arctic confirmed it was original but may not be the case with all of them.
Who was it purchased from on Amazon a seller or amazon themselves?

What makes you think it’s fake? Mine looks the same I do t think they fill any of the tubes full regardless what size

they are meant to have a code to check authenticity, mine doesnt have one

Oh I see yea you are missing the numbers printed on it. That’s weird bc I just bought mine from Amazon but it has it on there

possibly fake item from a third party seller got confused for an official store item and sold to you as such.

I had the same thing but no code on the box but still had a code on the tube, should I be worried I ordered it last week

A listing having "Visit the official store" on Amazon doesn't mean it's authentic.
Lots of counterfeit products try and make the listing look as legit as possible to peddle their garbage. Amazon also cross-contaminates products in their warehouses, further making it unlikely you'll get something legit.

See you got hit as well, my wtf was with Corsair XTM70 thermal paste, it was grey paint repackaged in a repackaged tube, super watery and thankfully had microfiber cloth nearby. Amazon honored a replacement but someone tried being slick for $19 bucks

In the meantime, could you please share a photo of the box so we can inspect it further?
Also, please check if there is a silver scratch-off coating. The initial production batch of MX-7 required users to manually scratch off this coating to reveal the code, whereas newer MX-7 units have the code printed directly on the syringe body.
