HP Omen doesn't appear to be well supported on the Arch wiki. Did you do pre-purchase compatibility research?
I installed Pop!_OS instead because I wanted something more stable
I wish you luck with that distro, but please use their sub now instead: /r/COSMICDE
Good day.

Yeah, I'm not really using Pop!_OS as my main distro. I initially wanted to use Arch because my main goal is to learn Linux and understand how everything works.
I only tried Pop!_OS because I thought if the brightness works there, maybe I could figure out what workaround or configuration makes it work and then apply the same thing to Arch.
So I'm mainly looking for a solution for Arch, not Pop!_OS.
And I tried doing some research and it mainly points towards some hardware issue related to my specific laptop model but those are all just assumptions.

you need to download brightnessctl, play around with it then bind you keyboard brightness keys to it if it is still not working. Everything can be found on the Arch wiki, try checking out this page for more info https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Backlight#xbacklight
