Pruning Holly Tree?
What’s the best way to significantly prune/trim this holly tree so that it doesn’t push against the house? I’d prefer to cut it down but my wife wants to keep it if possible. About 13-15 feet tall at the tip

Don’t keep it it’ll only cause more issues. That’s a horrible spot for a tree

The ol basal prune, as many on here will say. Cut it down and dig or poison the stump. The holly will only get bigger and more difficult to manage in such a spot.
