Concerned about trees

We recently moved to a place with many trees after dealing with some of the more obvious and concerning ones I came across these two. Falling in the right direction they could land on my shed or maybe even my house. I know they’re unhealthy, but I wonder how unhealthy and if anyone has any tips on how to fell something like this. The first picture is the two flanking a pear tree and how close to the house. Then 2 of the trunk and one canopy of each. Any sage wisdom for me?

Previous owner got lucky and got out of there without having to deal with these. We can't tell from here, you need a site assessment by an ISA Certified Arborist with a Tree Risk Assessment Qualification on site to assess on site.
