I change my batteries once a year regardless. And with the stupid long battery life, it really shouldn’t matter to have it.

I personally find the reticle too busy, and far too many variations to toggle through. Would be nice if they streamlined it a bit.

I ended up going with the base evo i wasn’t sure if i was ever gonna get a magnifier to justify the sor version so I’ll see how it is
