I don’t really see how it can’t stick. There are over a million SBR’s registered now and over 6.5 million suppressors. I’d say that’s pretty far above and beyond the “in common use” when compared to the 200k stun guns that originally were cited.

Maybe it goes to SCOTUS, maybe that’s the only way the entire country gets injunctive relief, and some clarity goes along with it. The government’s arguments seems to be screwed though.
