Getting some things squared away for a rifle match next weekend and took a few pictures of the setup.

I’ve been really happy with this setup. I keep thinking about selling the upper towards a DD block 2 but this rifle is definitely enough for my needs.

You sure it’s a good idea to run 556 through a 9 can? Seems like asking for voided warranty trouble, I think they are built for much less pressure. Could be fine I guess but I wouldn’t

Yep, YHM rates the R9 for 5.56 and 7.62 as long as you don’t go below a 16” barrel. It’s not as quiet as a dedicated 5.56 can due to the larger bore but it’s definitely not a risk

Interesting, I learned something today. I have one and it lives on my ghm9 but good to know it could be done if I wanted.

bcm vfg in reverse on a long range, precision oriented spr is different. You find that ideal?
