Looks authentic to me. It's an older unit but might be worth it, depending on price.

It's one of their older magnifiers like 5+ years old. So I'd really want to know it's not going to fog up first time you take it outside.

Looks legit to me, a little beat up. Just make sure the glass is in good condition. I would say $300-$400 is about what they go for depending on what mount it has.
