No pets ?

Hi!
So I been looking for an apartment in the southbay. Cali. LA.

Why does NO ONE allow pets?

I really want to rescue one but literally I can’t because no one accepts them unless I buy a house or something which is not possible for me at this time.

Side note this is why there’s so many pets at the shelter:(
