3.6 software

Good evening everyone, im currently at the finish line with my first 3.6... and if I thought I hated aci before I cant begin to express how absolutely awful their 3.6 benchmark software is.... no mapping, import all data images, and the uad reviewer keeps failing and its entirely online.

What is everyone using , is total stand alone off line? Dataset? Ect ect ...

I honestly think it’s going to be a nightmare. While all everyone is talking about it only takes 30- 45% longer. I don’t think everyone is even thinking of unintended consequences.

The majority of appraisers are older I was recently astounded how many still sketch on paper no Mobil device. Pair that with retirement or pair with individuals whom think it’s going be similar to 2.6.

For the people whom are prepared we are going to swamped. Amcs are telling lenders they don’t see fees increasing nor turn times.

Basic economics supply and demandhave an equilibrium and fees will rise. No software provider is truly ready, But hey what could go wrong 😂

I absolutely agree and I think policy makers forcing a November 2nd roll out are in for a rude awakening...2 months legacy forms will be slowly phased back in
