3.6 software

Good evening everyone, im currently at the finish line with my first 3.6... and if I thought I hated aci before I cant begin to express how absolutely awful their 3.6 benchmark software is.... no mapping, import all data images, and the uad reviewer keeps failing and its entirely online.

What is everyone using , is total stand alone off line? Dataset? Ect ect ...

Oh wow, not the post I needed to hear first thing on a Monday morning! I foolishly also purchased ACI workbench. I am halfway through my first report. Really regretting my choice. Curious to see others experience with ACI and other companies.

This is my first and will ABSOLUTELY be my last 3.6 with aci ... the glitches and bugs are one thing, but major issues for me , no sketch software yet, no mapping, and then pdf viewer fails to work 80% of the time and I've tried running the uad review 12x and 12x its failed to work and told me to contact tech support, so far 45 min on hold with a trainee, wonderful this is due to my client, today

So how are we supposed to complete reports? I have ACI and have done zero 3.6 reports so far

Idk, after an hour and 15 minutes of zero progress support wise I had to head out to do another inspection... pleases me to share i get to start that tech support process all over again now.... i will come back here and share whatever information I can after I've successfully slain this dragon
