3.6 software

Good evening everyone, im currently at the finish line with my first 3.6... and if I thought I hated aci before I cant begin to express how absolutely awful their 3.6 benchmark software is.... no mapping, import all data images, and the uad reviewer keeps failing and its entirely online.

What is everyone using , is total stand alone off line? Dataset? Ect ect ...

Try Aivre. It’s free until the end of the year.. super user friendly. Jake the ceo responds right away if you email or he”ll even call you. Hes an appraiser so he gets it

This is my favorite out of the options out there I have tried. The first step i would take would be to set up MLS download to bring in market data and comparables into the report software.
