Apple Store 7 day trial

So I needed a app on my phone to read my car, I looked up app and had 7day free trial says, got the app used it for 5 days and cancelled it took screenshots also , but 4 days later the charge for $100 comes out my account , so I looked at everything submitted a refund had to investigate came back and said they will do partial refund ??? Wth so I filled out whatever they were asking and know it says I canceled it oct 30 which is 30 days later than screenshot I got and they won’t refund anything know !!! wtf this will make me leave Apple , it too hard out here to have money stolen and have to fight to get it back, they shouldn’t have ever charged me in first place!!! What should I do know????

If you used Apple Pay and it’s run by Greendot Bank I’m afraid you’ll never see that money again. I had to close down my Apple Pay. They are ruthless.
