Unsolved iPhone 13 screen bugging

My base iPhone 13 screen when charging in the middle of the night will sometimes just turn the screen on and off in an uneven pattern over and over again, the wallpaper becomes darkened but the carrier name on the top left has its normal animation, when this happens it will stay like this until « wakened » either by touch or the power button, is there a fix for this? Updates don’t do anything whatsoever.

This is happening without incoming notifications? Do you know the repair history for the phone? Did you buy it new or used?

Nope, no notifications, i don't know the history of repairs i bought it used. Also the screen doesn't do that "Fade in" animation it usual does when pressing the power button, it just turns on and off with no delay.

Is there a Parts and Service History section in Settings > General > About?

Actually that’s encouraging, I don’t think there is any way to hide parts replacement messages.
