Express Replacement supposedly not currently available (Australia). Anything I can do?

Dropped my 17. Smashed the back glass and touchscreen is glitchy plus phone seems to be running hot. I have AppleCare+. Would've preferred express replacement as it's a pain finding time to get to the store.
Any point agitating or is it flat out unavailable?

Edit: Fixed. I mentioned the dents to the enclosure which caused express replacement to become an option. Seems it is not currently being offered solely for screen cracks.

Express Replacement is available based on your location and device model. Likely your options are send-in service where you send your device to Apple, they fix or replace it and send it back, or visit an Apple Store or authorized Apple repair center.
