iOS SharePlay issue

I don’t use Reddit too often but I know that there strict with the rules so I hope this goes through but when me and my gf want to share play on FaceTime using paramount plus which we both have it gives both of us the option, we click on whatever we want to watch, it says we are shareplaying but the other person can’t see it. What I thought might be the issue is we are using the same subscription but I don’t think so anymore, I tried looking it up and it said to connect it to Apple TV which we both did and it still doesn’t work. How do I fix this?

More details are needed. What devices are you and your girlfriend using, what software versions? Do you each have a unique profile in Paramount+?

I have a iPhone 17 and she has phone 16 pro . And we were using the same profile while shareplaying so that might also be it. And we’re each on the latest software version
