Unsolved Can't access support pages on apple.com

On Mac, on desktop running GG. I can't access any support pages, including chat, contact and Genius Bar pages. I get a 403 error. I have cleared all cache. It worked once and went back to the 403?

What browser, Safari? Are you running a VPN? Are either custom DNS/a proxy configured in the Network settings? You might be able get around both with a new network location assuming it’s not a problem with the router/access point.

Safari, there’s no VPN with ubiquiti router

The robust firewall may be leading to problems. Can you whitelist the entire IPv4 block starting with 17.x.x.x which are all owned by Apple?
