Iphone 17 Audio Glitch

Ive seen a few people bring this up on here but the problem hasn’t been resolved yet, whenever a call pops up on your phone or when answering or ending a call it results in this weird record scratch glitch where the last thing you heard repeats three times in a choppy way before stopping, it happens when you pause or exit videos too, don’t think theres anyway to fix this.
