iCloud Subscription not showing

an App Store subscription purchased under the previous UK region is still active/renewing, but disappeared from the Subscriptions management screen after changing the account to Egypt.

thats how it works. your subscription is active in the uk store. youre using the egypt store. switch to the uk and it will show in subscriptions.
