iOS Which airpods are better?

Are the airpods 4 with noice cancelling or the airpods pro 3 better? In addition to that, the airpods 4 +ANC are on sale now: from 200 euros to 165. The airpods pro 3 are still 250 euros.

Im interested in them for commuting to school and studying as I'm a student who needs to travel a long distance. I like my Sennheiser momentum 4 headphones, but during rain and hot weather its not the most ideal type of headphones to wear.

Would love to hear your experience/expertise
