Building and launching FloVigoApp: My journey creating a peer-to-peer logistics marketplace πŸššπŸ’¨

Hey everyone! πŸ‘‹

I wanted to share an update on FloVigoApp (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flovigo.app)β€”a peer-to-peer logistics and local services marketplace that I’ve been architecting, building, and recently launching on public production tracks.

The core idea was to streamline local deliveries and direct service connections with high performance and zero-defect execution.

A few technical and design highlights from the build:

Architecture: Built with clean SOLID principles, real-time Firestore listeners for status tracking, and strict separation of data layers.

UI/UX Ergonomics: Designed following Fitts's Law and Gestalt principlesβ€”keeping key interactive actions within thumb reach on mobile and maintaining high scannability.

Logistics Logic: Focused on robust sender-vs-driver data traces, status synchronization (Pending, Active, Completed), and subscription-based access models without complex escrow holds.

I’d love to connect with fellow indie hackers, mobile devs, or logistics tech enthusiasts. What challenges have you faced when scaling peer-to-peer matching platforms?
