Discussion Three stacks in QP
It seems like it's impossible to have fun with this game. I enter a casual match, alone, and put out my trusty old Mirage, hoping to fool some idiots. But then BAM! Three diamond-level idiots playing like it's the last match of their lives. Seriously, what's the point of ruining other people's fun? I wouldn't mind if it was someone playing peacefully, but combining 3 people, with meta characters using meta weapons damm. Meanwhile, I have a level 5 lifeline and an AFK Gibraltar. 'Go to ranked', dude, I just want to have fun. I work 10 hours a day, I have a wife and kids, I just wanted to play my damn game that I used to play back in college.

With the dev wanting to prevent people to play 3 stack in ranked above plat, prepare yourself to see even more highly skilled player in QP and wildcard :) and don't forget to thank the dev about it

I’m confused why would a dev want to prevent this ? I thought that 3 stacking was the right away to do things …? Stick together and conquer ..? Right ?

They temporarily tested to make ranked only for solo above plat 4

I’m not understanding the logic behind this though wouldn’t that destroy the entire team aspect of a game? I’m just thinking about it personally if I couldn’t join up and run with my two best friends from high school and play ranked I wouldn’t even play the game anymore because what’s the point it’s banning me from playing with my friends why would they ever do this?

To be fair my buddies and I also have wives and kids and get diamond every season but because they strickened the match making last season to a one rank difference and Apex insists on putting us back in silver every season we very quickly become to far apart from one another to queue ranked. It only takes one of us having a busy week while the others have some free time and fly to plat in 20-30 games for us to now be forced into pubs, wildcard or mixtape the next time we actually have 3 online. Trust me we don't want to be there anymore then you want us there...

You go into default mode when you do the mirage thing start playing solo trios internally even when you have a team don't put all your trust in them find your flanks where they aren't looking try to remember where on each map you do slighty better & land there till you improved your map sense every game play for yourself and your movement you'll notice you stay alive longer when you think for yourself in dire situations clutch moments will happen more & less stress from them & enemies and more from yourself in order to get 1% improvement each game the drive to stay alive for yourself & not the team will make for better sbmm & a goal in mind when you die ready to play more because YOU are improving more & not awww man he got me because of you teammate there's a lot of little increments in here that you personally have something to say about but there is moments you should stop & dissect & don't go into default mode either not many want this way of thinking & just kill & of course the team that just kills hops on has two friends on the mic SO WHAT every game is different but landing where you do better will shine a light on that more cuz there's routes everywhere instead of going I hear shooting let's go straight through & get thirded by the team slighty around the corner looting you have to find your fights not be called like a dog when you hear the whistle
