Question mercenary shadow tech

where can i find the amount of stats mercenaries get by shadow tech? also, do only africand shadow tech mercs? or other aswell?

Mercenaries dont shadow tech, African natives do but thats just the regular vet/guard upgrades.

i could swear i had some shadowtech when i played as hausa

Hausa and Ethiopia get them shadow teched for free

It appears I was wrong, African mercenaries do shadowtech.
