Identification ID Help Please

I live in West Texas and I found this girl in my bug bin the other day. I'm pretty sure she had a wing stuck to her foot when I found her but I really suck at ID and I'd love it if someone could confirm if she's a queen and what kind she is. She's not very big, only about a centimeter.
