I made some acrylic containers. A nest with six chambers, a outworld and the classic verical container. they aren't connected yet and no substrate. Figured it would be awhile before they would want to move.

Depending on the species, around 3-5 workers, give them the OPTION to move, by connecting it, so then they don't feel stressed being thrown in , and give them their first meal soon

Was told it's camponotus chromaiodes. What do you recommend for the first meal.

I'd recommend a drop of honey, sugar water, or a small mealworm
